引伸凹模早期断裂分析

摘要 利用化学分析、宏观断口和显微组织分析的方法对引伸凹模断裂件进行了分析。结果表明,该模具在设计和制造上存在工作带靠下、过渡弧角过小等结构性缺陷以及淬火预备组织未球化退火、淬火保温时间过长等热处理方面工艺失当是导致引伸凹模早期断裂的主要原因。 Chemical composition analysis, fractograph and microstructure examination were used to analyze the fractured first-stretched mould. The results showed that defect in structure which was working zone nearing to underpart and transition arc being little in design and manufacture, and that technology improperly in heat-treatment which was the spheroidize annealing being not made before quenching and heat preservation′s time being too long in quenching were the major reason of the early fracture of stretched mold.
