摘要
通过对转子的空间受力分析,得出轴承的支承反力由两部分组成,其一是由主动外力引起的静反力,其二是由转子转动时产生的惯性力引起的附加动反力.指出附加动反力正是高速转子轴承非正常过早失效的主要原因之一.并从理论和实践应用角度提出了消除轴承附加动反力的措施,为机械传动中转子轴承的设计和制造提供了依据.
Through the analysis of the spacial force on the rotor, author concludes that the anti-supporting force of bearing includes two parts: one is static anti-force caused by active force and the other is additional dynamic anti-force caused by inertia force when rotor rotating. The article points out that additional dynamic anti-force is the one of main causes of prematurely failure. And the article presents the measure of eliminating additional dynamic anti-force and suggestion about design and manufacture of rotor bearing in mechanically-driven machinery.
