摘要
对汽车前照灯线光源长度进行了优化设计,在给定反射镜面和设计规范的条件下,根据反射定律,建立了测试屏上反射光线的位置、入射光线的光源点及其反射点之间对应关系的数学模型.讨论了反射镜面不同区域的反射规律,计算出了满足光照强度要求、最节能的线光源长度.根据数学模型,对线光源在测试屏上所形成的反射光亮区进行了模拟.
In the design of a light-house of automotive dynamo, a math model of reflex position on test screen is first established according to the law of reflection, given the illuminator and canonical condition. And then the relations between lamp-house of incidence beam and the reflect point are studied. Reflect law of different areas on the illuminator is discussed. The length of linear lamp-house to meet the illuminating and energy-saving requirements is computed. Finally, the enlightened area on the test screen is simulated as the math model demands.
