摘要
制备MSA-/TiO2超强酸的优化条件为:浸渍TiO2的MSA浓度为1mol·L-1,焙烧活化温度为250℃,焙烧时间为1h,制得的新型固体超强酸其pKa=-12.14,使用MSA-/TiO2合成柠檬酸三丁酯,反应3h的酯收率超过92.5%。
The optimum conditions of prepared solid superacid CH_3SO^-_3/TiO_2 are that TiO_2 was soaked with 1 mol/L CH_3SO_3H(MSA) for 4 h and then roasted at 250 ℃ for 1 h.CH_3SO^-_3/TiO_2 pKa=(-12.14).CH_3SO^-_3/TiO_2 was applied to esterification reaction of citric acid with n-butanol as catalyst.The experimental result shown that the yield of tributyl citrate(TBC) was above 92.5%.
