摘要
以MAV为基本培养基,研究了重金属离子Cu2+、Zn2+、Pb2+对雨生红球藻生长的影响,同时用正交实验研究了各金属的交互作用。结果发现与其它藻相比,雨生红球藻对三种重金属离子尤其是Pb2+的忍耐力较大,促进其生长的适宜Cu2+、Zn2+、Pb2+浓度相对较高,分别为10-3~10-5mg·L-1,10-1~10-3mg·L-1,5~10mg·L-1。正交实验结果表明,三种金属的共同作用可降低对藻的毒性,表现在其最优水平组合(A3B2C4)较单因子实验结果有所提高,分别为Cu2+:10-4mg·L-1,Zn2+:10-1mg·L-1,Pb2+:20mg·L-1。
Using MAV as base media , the effects of heavy metal Cu2+、Zn2+、Pb2+on the growth of Haematococcus pluvialis were studied respectively. And the mutual effects of these metals were also investigated with Orthogonal design. The results show that compared with other algaes, Haematococcus pluvialis holds higher endurance to these three metals, especially to lead .The favorable condition to improve its growth, which is Cu2+:10-3~10-5 mg·L-1, Zn2+:10-1~10-3 mg·L-1,Pb2+:5~10 mg·L-1 respectively, is also higher .Through Orthogonal design, the result shows that the mutual effects of these metals can reduce the toxicity .The optimum combination(A3B2C4) ,which is Cu2+:10-4 mg·L-1, Zn2+:10-1 mg·L-1, Pb2+:20 mg·L-1 respectively, is higher than the results of single factor.
