摘要
简介旋转填料床功率分析的相关文献,提出简易测试旋转填料床功率的方案,主要介绍了旋转填料床的两种结构,测试气、液流量及转速对功率的影响,对实验结果进行了分析,总结能耗特点,并从减少能耗的观点出发提出了设计建议。
In the article, some papers analyzing Rotating Packed Bed's power are briefed, the plan to test simply the Packed Bed's power is drafted, two kinds of construction of Rotating Packed Bed are introduced, the influence of gas and liquid's flow rate and rotating velocity on the power is tested, the result of experiment is analyzed, the character of energy consumption is summarized, and some design devices are suggested according to the decreasing of consumed energy.
