The relationship between Russia and Southeast Asian countrie s is experiencing adjustment and it has been increasingly characterized by mecha nism and integration. Factors that affect their relations are multi-sided . Eit her historical elements, geo-political strategy of the superpowers, political c ulture or interior plights, to some extent, might be hindrance to the developmen t of their bi-lateral relations. So their development depends on many variables .
