本文探讨了天鹅绒的剪花工作原理,并通过试验数据和理论分析得出了理想的剪花工艺路线和最佳的剪花工艺参数。另外对与剪花质量密切相关的因素也进行了分析。

In this paper, the working principle of pattern shearing of velour is studied, A rational shearing technological process and optimized processing parameters are given on the basis of experimental data and theoretical analysis. Some factors closely concernd with shearing quality are also discussed.
