摘要
本文针对日本SUS304奥氏体不锈钢材料制造的换热器,在用于针织工业的高温高浓度氯化物染色液介质中产生晶间应力腐蚀的破坏过程、破坏形貌特征作了较全面的叙述;并对换热器进行金相检查、晶间腐蚀试验等项目全面技术检验。最后提出了防止产生晶间应力腐蚀破坏,延长SUS304奥氏体不锈钢设备使用寿命的措施。
In the article, the destroying course and scene of the heat exchanger made of SUS304 austenitic steel from Japan is stated comprehensively. The accident is caused by corrosion of stress between crystals in high temperature, high consistency chloride dye liquor used in knitting industry. An overall technical examination is presented including metallographic examination and corrosion test between crystals. Measures against the occurrence of similar accident and for prolonging the equipment's life are proposed.
