摘要
将工业双戊烯先进行初步蒸馏,然后再利用两个不同理论塔板数的精馏塔对工业双戊烯进行减压精馏,并找到各自的适宜精馏条件,分析对比两个精馏塔的分离效果。结果表明精馏塔2(理论塔板数为30)的精馏效果远优于精馏塔1(理论塔板数为20)。工业双戊烯经过精馏塔2的精馏,可得到双戊烯含量在69%~87%、质量分数占投料量66.4%的馏分,并可得到基本不含γ-松油烯及异松油烯的馏分。
The industrial dipentene was distilled by two fractionation columns with different theoretical plate numbers in vacuum condition and optimum conditions of fractional distillation have been found.The results indicated that the efficiency of column 2 with 30 theoretical plates was more excellent than that of column 1 with 20 theoretical plates.After distillation by column 2,a distillate in which the content of dipentene ranged from 69% to 87% was collected in a yield of about 66.4%,and the distillate contains little γ -terpinene and terpinolene.
