摘要
以美国红栌的休眠枝条和当年生嫩枝茎段为外植体进行组织培养试验。经过试验对比 ,筛选出红栌的最佳分化培养基为 1 2MS +NAA 1 0mg L +6 -BA 0 8mg L ,生根培养基为 1 2MS+IBA 1 5mg L +Sugar 2 0g L +Agar 6g L ,生根率分别达到 85 %、10 0 %。
Choosing stems with buds as explants,the authors were succeed in the study of the best method for tissue culture and rapid propagation of Continus coggyria.1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.8 mg/L+sugar 25 mg/L+agar 6 mg/L was the optimum medium for proliferation of bud clusters. Shoots were rooted on the medium 1/2MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L+sugar 20 mg/L+agar 6 mg/L and the rate of rooting was 85%. Being acclimatized for 20 days, the rooted plantlets were transplanted to substrate in two successive steps,the survival rates of which were 80%,100% repectively.
