综述了花卉抗氧化作用的研究现状、抗氧化活性成分、抗氧化功效测定方法与保健功效.
The current situation and the newest progress are reviewed in antioxidant activities of flowers, compounds isolated from flowers, determination methods of the antioxidant activity and health-keeping function.
