空气温湿度对棉针织生产工艺影响的研究

摘要 在多种温湿度条件下,我们对针织用棉纱的机械性能做了测试。通过对测试结果的分析,找出了温湿度与纱线性能的对应关系、给出了回归方程,讨论了温湿度对针织生产工艺的影响。在此基础上,结合广泛的工厂调研,从节能角度提出了适合针织厂车间生产的温湿度控制范围。 On varied temperature and humidity, the mechanical performance of the cotton yarn for knitting application was tested, the correlation between temperature-humidity and yarn property was found by analysing the test results, and the regression equation was given. The influence of air temperature and humidity on knitting process was also discussed. On this basis and on the wide investigation to factory, the control range of the temperature-humidity suitable for knitting shop was offered from the energy saving point of view.
