稀土在涤纶染色中的应用

本文通过实验和正交设计,证实了氯化稀土在涤纶织物染色中有增色效果。优选出最佳的稀土染色工艺流程及工艺参数。稀土染色增深程度比常规染色提高0.5～3级。可降低染化料成本10％-15％。是染色提质降耗的一条重要途径。

The hyperchromic effect of chlorinated rare—earth on dyeing polyester fabric has been proved by experiment and orthogonal design, the optimum technological process and processing parameter of rare—earth dyeing have been selected. Compared with the traditional dyeing method, the dye depth of rare—earth dyeing process can be upgraded by 0.5—3 degree, while the cost of dyestuff and chemicals can be decreased by 10-15 per cent.
