大规模定制的关键在于快速响应市场,本文提出了从工艺准备和生产管理的角度来实现产品配置,以减少中间环节,使配置后的产品数据可直接用于指导生产,从而提高企业响应市场的速度。文中对支持变型设计和产品配置的数据结构表示、产品的生产状态管理、产品配置中的选装编码和选装块之间的约束管理等进行了详细的讨论。

The key issue for mass customization is the quick respons to the market. This paper presents a method to configure productions from the view of preparation of process planning and management of produce so as to the links in between process. And the data of production configuration can quickly improve the respons to the market. In this paper some topics are discussed in detail such as the data that represent variants design and production configuration, the status management of production抯 produce , the code for selected assembly and the constraint management of selected parts.
