摘要
在房地产决策支持系统的研究开发基础上,结合地理信息技术、数据仓库等决策支持新技术,提出五库和数据仓库的房地产决策支持系统体系结构并分析了房地产决策支持系统时空数据及其管理办法,最后结合房地产数据信息特点给出了房地产决策支持系统数据仓库的层次结构和数据流程,以便计算机上实现,从而辅助高层管理者决策,提高科学决策效能。
In this paper, a new frame work of Real Estate Decision Support System (REDSS) with five bases, data warehouse and a spatial-temporal data in the Real Estate is presented. Decision Support System is analysed and managed based on research on Real Estate Decision Support System、Geographic Information System and Data Warehouse. According to speciality of data and information in real estate, a hierarchical structure of data warehouse and data flow are presented in Real Estate Decision Support System.
