摘要
以白灵菇子实体为材料,研究了白灵菇子实体多糖的提取工艺。通过单因子试验和正交试验,确定了提取白灵菇子实体多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料水比1∶40(w∶v),提取温度85℃,提取时间4h,乙醇沉淀浓度80%。并确定蒸馏水为白灵菇多糖的最佳提取溶剂。
The extracting conditions of polysaccharide from Pleurotus nebrodensis fruitbody were studied in this paper. The results of single factor test and orthogonal test proved that the optimum extracting conditions were as follows: the ratio of sample to water(w∶v), the extraction temperature and the extraction time were 1:40, 85℃ and 4h respectively, and that the supernatant was precipitated with 80% ethanol. While distilled water was proved to be the optimum extracting solvent.
