摘要 通过摇瓶液体培养实验,确定江西虫草培养基为蔗糖2%,甘油1%,黄豆浸液0.5%,酵母膏0.5%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO40.05%,蒸馏水1000mL,初始pH6~7。装液量200~250mL 500mL,加入10粒分散球,按培养液量的5%~7.5%接种6d左右菌龄的菌种,于26~28℃、旋转式摇床150~180r min培养8d,最大菌丝体生物量可达16.6g L。 The culture conditions of Cordyceps jiangxiensis in shake flask culture were investigated. And the experiment results showed that the optimal compositions of submergod culture medium were as follows: sucrose 2%,glycerol 1%,soybean extract 0.5%,yeast extract 0.5%,KH_2PO_4 0.1%,MgSO_4 0.05%,distilled water 1000mL,initial pH 6~7. And the maximum mycelial biomass was as high as 16.6g/L when the medium capacity was 200mL~250mL in 500mL flask, 10 glass beads were used as dispersant, the seed of 6d age was inoculated at a rate of 5%~7.5%(V/V) and the flask culture experiment was carried out at 6~28℃ in a shake incubator with a rotation rate of 150r/min~180r/min for 8 days.
