摘要
论述了裂褶菌的生物学特性、主要化学成分、食药用价值以及人工驯化栽培、深层发酵等方面的研究进展,为进一步研究开发裂褶菌提供参考。
The biological characteristics, chemical components, edible and pharmacological effects and artificial domestication cultivation of Schizophyllum commune were expounded in this paper, which will provide a basis for the further exploitation and application of Schizophyllum commune resources.
