摘要
发展中国家在由传统社会向现代社会转型的过程中,由于现代与传统之间的冲撞和社会缺乏正常的政治参与渠道容纳民众的参与,不可避免地会遭遇到合法性危机。在合法性危机过程中形成的合法性,则带有与生俱来的弊端:过分倚重于意识形态、过分倚重于有效性以及带有明显的人格化取向。如何克服这些弊端,作者在文中提出了三条可能性路径。
In the midst of social changes in developing countries, legitimacy crisis is inevitable when conflicts between tradition and modernity arise and necessary channels are absent for public involvement in political affairs. As a result of such crisis, too much emphasis is placed on ideology and effectiveness,and legitimacy tends to be affected by personal judgement. To overcome those drawbacks, the author put forward his solutions:guarantee legitimacy by laws;adopt flexible system of ideology; create a favorable environment for public involvement in political affairs.
