运用驻地资源开展团课教育浅析

在社会主义市场经济的大环境下,部队团课教育面临着新的机遇和挑战,如何把握团课教育的目标,完善团课教育体系,提高团课教育质量,是我们必须着力探讨和研究解决的课题。本文认为开展团课教育应充分利用驻地资源,在内容、形式、方法、手段和机制等方面进行改进和创新,使之贴近形势任务,贴近部队实际,贴近团员思想,进一步增强时代感、有效性和针对性。

The environment of socialist market economic system brings about new opportunity and challenge to military league education. We should lay special stre&s on the problems on how to grasp the aim of league education, improve its system and quality. It is thought in this essay that league education should make full use of station resources to reform and innovate its content, form,method and means so as to make it close to the mission,military reality and league members ideology.
