摘要
对于固定瓦轴承,采用8个系数模型描述其动特性是否需要记入扰动频率的影响,一直为人们所关注。本文用实验测量了记入扰动频率影响的油膜动特性系数;作为实例,将该系数用于某机组轴承稳定性分析;从中发现,扰动频率对轴承8个系数以及轴系稳定性有显著影响。
It is all along concerned by people as to whether or not consider the effect of perturbation frequency during describing of dynamic performances of a fixed pad bearing with 8-coefficients model. This paper reports the measurement from experiment of the dynamic performances of oil-film by taking the effect of perturbation frequency into consideration. For an example, these measured coefficients were employed to analysis the stability of rotor-bearing system of a generating unit. It is dis vered that the perturbation frequency have a marked effect on the 8-coefficients of bearings and the stability of rotor-bearing system.
