摘要
本文应用动态子结构方法,在分别获得各子结构的机械阻抗(导纳)基础上,按模态分析理论建立起锭子结构系统的机械导纳公式。可是,该方法较成功地解决了锭子系统内部结构的动力特性研究;有效地避开了锭子结构内部在阻抗测试方面的具体困难。由此,通过锭子系统外部(锭脚)的测试就可以给出系统内部(锭胆,锭杆的下支承部分等)的动力特性。从而可以为锭子结构的动态测试和结构优化设计提供一个新的途径。
On the paper,on the basis of obtaining separately the mechanical impedance (receptances)of all the substructures by using the dynamic substructure method, we estabished the formulae of modal analysis. The results showed that this method comparatively successfully resoluted the problem of studying the dynamic characteristics of internal structure of the spindle system, while effectely avoided the concrete difficulty in the impedance testing of internal structure of spindle system. Thus, we could obtain the dynamic Characteristics of the internal structure (the supported part of spindle brade, elastic tube etc.) of spindle system by testing the external part (spindle pedestal) of this system. Therefore, we may present a new way for the dynamic testing and optimal design of the spindle structure.
