摘要
民营企业核心竞争力的培育必须以人力资本的开发为基础 ,虽然大多数民营企业实行家族管理 ,但在人力资本开发方面都有自己的一套管理方法。核心竞争力是民营企业的立身之本 ,人力资本的开发又是民营企业核心竞争力的基石。面对国内外市场日益激烈的竞争 ,民营企业必须积极进行人力资本的开发工作。
The cultivation of the competitiveness at the core is based on the development of human resources. Most of those private enterprises are run by the families, and they have their own management systems in human resources. The competitiveness at the core is the basis of the private enterprises, and the development of human resources is the origin of the competitiveness at the core in those enterprises. Facing the fierce competitions in the markets home and abroad, the private enterprises should enhance the development of human resources.
