The Back of Rent Dissipation──Considerations About the Soil Problem of China

20世纪 8 0年代后期 ,中国学者在总结社会主义现代化建设的经验和教训的过程中 ,依据中国国情 ,把农村问题分解为“农业、农村、农民”问题 ,提出了“三农”问题的理论。问题的三个方面紧密相关 ,内容也繁多复杂 ,因此只有采取各个突破的办法予以阐述和解决。本文主要针对土地问题 ,采用制度经济学的方法 ,对其进行分析。揭示土地制度本身存在的问题 。

In the late 1980s,in course of summarizing the experience and lessons of socialism modernization construction, Chinese scholar brought forward the theory of 'San Nong' according to the situation of China, which is the aggregation of the problem of 'agriculture, country, farmer'. These three aspects associate with each other closely, and each one has complex and various content. So it is the only way to solute these problems by using various measures to overcome them one by one. This thesis mainly focuses on the problem of soil, and employ the way of Institutional Economics to analyze it. The purpose is to open out issues of the soil system and put forward some suggestions for the solution.
