摘要
当前学校心理健康教育迫切需要科学有效的指导。专家的指导对学校心理健康教育有积极的促进作用 ,但也存在指导目标偏离、缺乏针对性和实效性等诸多问题。本文在分析现状的基础上 ,提出了通过转变观念 ,建立科学有效的指导机制 ,根据全体教职工在心理健康教育中的职责、作用和专业化程度不同进行分层递进指导的设想。
Nowadays, the scientific and effective guidelines are needed to school mental health education very urgently. The expert's directive function can promote school's mental health education, but there exists so many problems, such as deviations of directive target, lacking directions, etc. On the basis of analyzing the present situation, the author gives some good advice on changing views, founding the scientific and effective direction system, then according to the differences on duty, function, and specialization degrees of all the teaching and administrative staff carry out the direction plan of going forward one by one.
