On The Training Of University P.E. Teachers' Creative Ability And Its Approaches

创新是一个民族进步的灵魂 ,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。建立一支高素质的体育教师队伍是实施素质教育的高校体育教育改革和发展的根本保证。笔者对高校体育教师的创新能力结构体系进行分析归纳 ,提出了高校体育教师创新能力培养的基本途径。

Creativity is not only the soul of a nation's progress, but the endless power of a country's prosperity. It is undoubtedly a vital guarantee of the enforcement of Quality Education and the reform and development of university P.E. education. The present thesis intends to offer an analysis and induction to the structure and system of university P.E. teachers' creative ability, and puts forward a few basic approaches to train such an ability.
