乡村自治实施之始,即引发了其与国家控制之间的激烈博弈,处于两难境地。本文主要从理论上分析了二者博弈关系陷入零和困境的原因,并探索了走出零和困境实现正和博弈的思路和途径。
The implementation of countrysid e autonomy has triggered a severe game between countryside autonomy and national c ontrol,which is in a predicament.The paper mainly makes a theoretical analysis of the reason that leads the two to the zero-sum game predicament,and studies the thoughts and ways of getting out of zero-sum predicament and realizing pos itive-sum game.
