当前我国农村弱势群体面临的社会资本困境

The Dilemma of Social Capital Confronting Rural Vulnerable Groups

由传统计划经济向现代市场经济的转变,使我国面临着一场深刻的社会转型过程。在社会转型时期,我国农村弱势群体所面临的社会资本困境却常常被人们忽视,存在于我国广大农村中的部分弱势群体,不但要以脆弱的神经来承受改革所带来的阵痛,而且还面临着十分严峻的社会资本困境。本文试图跳出经济学将社会弱势同构于经济贫困的传统思考模式,运用社会学中的社会资本理论,从社会关系网络、体制对社会资源配置的影响等分析视角切入,对当前我国农村弱势群体所面临的社会资本困境的现状及其成因进行分析,并在此基础上提出了一些针对性建议。

The change from the traditional p la nned economy to modern market economy has led in short to the profound social tr ansformation.In such transformation period,the dilemma of social capital confr onting rural vulnerable groups is liable to be neglected.The vulnerable groups in the countryside have to bear the pain brought about by the reform with their weak nerves on the one hand,and are faced with the grim dilemma of social capit al on the other.This paper breaks away from the traditional mode of thought whi ch simply holds that being vulnerable is just being poor.It puts the subject ma tter in the theory of social capital,and makes an analysis of it from the persp ective of the influence of social relation network and social system on the disp osition of social resources.
