摘要
在系统分析江苏海洋资源条件及其生态特征的基础上,对“海上苏东”建设给江苏海洋生态环境造成的巨大影响进行了客观评价,指出要变海洋经济发展与海洋生态环境相互冲突为相互促进,实现将江苏建成海洋大省、强省的目标,必须调整完善发展思路,实施“海上苏东”绿色发展战略。并对这一战略的推进措施进行了较为详细的讨论。
This article analysis the condition and ecological characteristic,buil the tremendous influence caused to “maritime Su Dong” to ocean ecological environment of Jiangsu and carried on objective appraisal. It pointed out the marine economic development conflicting with the marine ecological environment in order to mutually promote each other,we should realize that if we want to build up the goal of large and strong province of ocean in Jiangsu,we must adjust and perfect the thinking of development,implement “maritime Su Dong”’s green development strategy. The article has carried on the comparatively detailed discussion to this strategy promotion measure.[
