人才培养计划的制定是实施人才培养的前提,通过对新加坡职业教育中人才培养计划特色的分析,并与我国的人才培养计划相互比较,以期对我国高等职业教育人才培养计划的制定有所启发。

Talents are trained on the premise of talent training scheme,which has numerous characteristics in Singapore. By analyzing these characteristics and comparing the scheme with the one in China,the thesis aims at inspiring the formulation of talent training scheme in the field of domestic high vocational education.
