摘要
本文是在四川468厂推行成组技术中所研制的分类编码系统及其计算机辅助编码系统.该编码系统采用了我院研究的公用固定码及部门专用柔性码相结合的结构,它既满足了多信息的储存,又避免了码位过多过长的缺点。在机助编码系统设计时则将dBASEⅢ与GWBASIC高级语言有机结合成一体,弥补了单独使用一种语言所造成的功能不足。
The 468LBM-1 classification coding system and its computer-aided coding system, which are developed for Shichuan Gearbox Plant to apply group technology, are introduced. The constitution of joining the public fixed code and the flexible code specially used in a certain department is adopted in this system, which has not only satisfied the requirement of memorizing multi-information but also avoided the over-length of code bits. In the computer-aided coding system, dBASE Ⅲ and GWBASIC are jointed very well, which make up for the deficiency coming from only using one of them.
