耐磨材料的显微分析

摘要 本文通过光学金相和电子金相显微分析方法,揭示了高铬及高钼白口铁、高铬铁素体钢、含铅锌锡青铜等耐磨合金的显微组织特征、磨损表面形貌与显微组织的关系。电子扫描及电子探针显微分析的各种方法,例如背散射电子成分像和形貌像、二次电子图像、Y调制像、X射线定点分析及面分析的合理选择,相互对照补充,结合光学金相、材料化学成分、材料硬度及显微硬度等各种常规分析方法,可为正确分析耐磨材料提供可靠依据,并为耐磨材料微观优化组合提供参考资料。 The microstructure characteristics of high wear-resistant materials,such as high Cr.high Cr-Mo white irons ,high Cr ferrite steel, and tin bronze alloyed with Pb,Zn,are revealed by optical and electron microscopies, which also show the relations between surface appearance and microstructure. Combined with material chemical analysis, hardness and microhardness analyses, the various methods of electron scanning and microprobe,such as back-scattered electron images (composition,topography), secondary electron image,Y-modulation,point and area X-ray analyses,can provide a scientific basis for accurately analyzing wear-resistant materials and reference materials for optimizing its micro fine constitution.
