Prediction on the Need of Personnel in Wenzhou Between 2003 and 2007

根据温州经济发展速度与目标,从人才资源开发利用的现状出发,对2003-2007年温州人才资源需求总量与各产业需求量进行了预测,提出了2003至2007年间与温州社会经济发展相适应的人才开发目标。

In the light of the speed and objective of Wenzhou economic development and the present situation of personnel exploration, this paper makes prediction on the need of personnel in every industry, and puts forward the personnel exploration aim which suits the development of Wenzhou economy.
