我国民营经济的迅速崛起是改革开放以来出现的社会经济现象。人们对于民营经济的认识,主要是从所有制上加以定性,从“量”上给予定位。其实民营企业是我国综合国力和国际竞争力的重要组成部分熏民营科技企业将成为我国发挥科技是第一生产力作用的主力军熏民营经济的繁荣是建设有中国特色的社会主义市场经济的需要。

The rapid rise of nongovernmental economy in china is a kind of social economical phenomena appcared in the reform and opening to the outside world.According to the people`s understanding,the nongovernmental economy is mainly defined in nature by ownership and in position by“extent”.The Government Report points out:“the rapid development of the non public economy such as individual,private business etc,has played an important role in employment increasing,market ownership growing and export volume increasing etc.so nongovernmental enterprises are the important component of all-around national strength and international competitveness of China.Nongovernment enterprises of science and technology will become the main force to make use of science and technology as No I productivity.The prosperity of nongovernmental economy is the important feature of building the Socialist Market Economy with Chinese-characteristic.
