摘要
企业文化建设的基本任务在于给定员工决策中的价值准则,消除员工行为的不确定性;文化建设要以企业长远的基本战略思想为中心,并加以展开;企业文化建设要深入到潜意识层次,达到自在的文化境界;在众多的经营理念中,要优先选取针对解决生产经营中重要问题的加以推行,并通过领导和制度来实现文化治理。
Enterprise culture construction consists in settling the value standard of employee decision,and dissolve the indetermination of the employee's behavior;Culture construction needs to regard farsighted and basic strategic thought of enterprise as the center,and takes in to launch;Enterprise culture construction needs to deep into the subconscious level of structure,and attains the comfortable culture state;In the numerous principles of management,it needs to have the priority to select the best ones aiming at the solution to production and operating to promote,and realizes the culture manage by leading with system.
