本文从我国国家图书馆没有一份完整的《文艺报》谈起,触及到目前我国某些图书馆图书资料收藏严重不全的现象,由此又触及某些图书馆为读者阅览图书资料设置重重障碍:要阅览证及收阅览钱。希望我国各级图书馆能够做到收藏图书资料“不厌其全”;不要“不厌其钱”。要为读者查阅图书资料敞开一条绿色通道。
