摘要
本文提出“以人为本”是一个哲学命题,阐述了“以人为本”涵义本身的抽象性。图书馆应从哲学视角,辩证地提出“以人为本”的管理思想,才能处理好馆员与读者的关系,从而提高服务质量,发展图书馆事业。
This article has taken the principle as a philosophy topic. And has discussed the abstraction of theprinciple. The library should put forward the management thought dialectically with the principle of “takingpeople as foundation” from the view of philosophy, in order to correctly handle the relationship betweenlibrarians and readers, to improve the service quality, and to develop the undertakings of library.
