摘要
自我效能感是馆员工作行为的一种动机,直接影响馆员的工作热情的坚持性。馆员自我效能感的强弱,取决于诸多因素。要提高图书馆工作水平,就要培养馆员具有更好的综合素质,也应深入研究馆员的自我效能感,激励馆员的工作成就动机。
Feeling on self-efficacy is a kind of motive of librarians’ action. It directly affects persistent oflibrarians. It is decided by many reasons about feeling on self-efficacy of librarians. In order to raise level ofuniversity library, it needs to bring up better comprehensive quality of librarians. It also needs further tosearch feeling on self-efficacy of librarians and encourage librarians.
