斜槽式定模内侧抽芯注射模设计

Design of the Injection Mould of Slanted-Slot-Type Inside Core-Pulling in the Fixed Half

注射模定模内侧抽芯机构因受模具结构限制 ,造成定模内侧抽芯机构零件安装困难 ,滑块运动空间不足等问题 ,难以完成抽芯动作 ,而采用斜槽式定模内侧抽芯机构 ,可方便地解决这个难题。

Due to the limitation of the mould structure,the components of the inside core-pulling mechanism in the fixed half of the injection mould are difficult to assemble and there are not eˉnough space for the slide to move so that the core-pulling action cannot be accomplished.This difficult problem has been solved by adopting the slanted-slot-type inside core-pulling mechanism.
