摘要
对热流道模具外加热喷嘴中的热传导问题进行了探讨 ,分析了外热式喷嘴的热平衡、喷嘴的特点和如何确定加热元件功率等问题 ,从理论上讨论了导热热流量与喷嘴外绝热层厚度的关系 ,并进行了实例计算。
The heat conduction problem of the external heated nozzles of hot-runner moulds is disˉcussed.The heat balance and characteristics of the external heated nozzle and how to determine the power of the heater are analyzed.The relationship between the conductive heat flow and the thickness of the thermal insulating layer outside the nozzle is discussed theoretically.And an exˉample of calculation is illustrated.
