摘要
本文利用扫锚电镜(SEM)和能量色散X射线分析仪(EDAX)对宋元钧瓷和现代仿古钧瓷的釉料和胎料进行了分析研究。结果表明,钧瓷釉为石灰釉。古钧釉的SiO_2/Al_2O_3值较大,一般大干10;SiO_2/(R_2O+RO)的值在2.5—4.6的范围中。从釉的熔融性能来说,古钧釉为易熔釉,其烧成温度在1200℃以上。
The ancient Jun porcelain of Song and Yuan and the raw materials of the modernsimulating ancient Jun porcelain were analyzed by using the methods of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive analysis of X-ray (EDAX). Expereimental results concludes the Jun glaze is calcareous glaze;the value of SiO_2/Al_2O_3 of ancient Jun glaze is over 10;the value of SiO_2/(R_2O+RO) of ancient Jun glaze is in 2. 5—4. 6. The ancient Jun glaze is easy meltting glaze and its firing tempertaure is over 1200℃.
