摘要 从MRP系统内部进行分析,将引起问题的原因归结为MRP在系统设计上的两个缺陷:一是批量计算上的缺陷;二是作业计划上的缺陷。然后采纳其他管理思想和技术(如ABC、JIT、APS等)的可取之处去改进这两个缺陷,以提高国内企业实施MRP的成功率。 When useing MRP chinese factories are facing a lot of problems, such as excessive work-in-process, a stack of materials in queue, inflexibility of scheduling. While most of literature focuses on exterior factors of MRP, this paper focuses on interior factors. All the problems are caused by two shortcomings in the design of MRP systems. The first one is the shortcomings in computing lot size. And the second is the shortcomings in operations scheduling. Then the paper tries to improve the design by integrated other management philosophy and techniques (ABC, JIT, APS, etc.) to lot size computing and operations scheduling.
