摘要
研究了机械活化对辉钼矿浸出动力学的影响。机械活化处理使辉钼矿在HNO3-H2SO4溶液中的浸出反应的表观活化能逐步降低,但幅度不大。在行星式离心球磨机中剧烈活化40min后,浸出活化能较未处理时低约6kJ/mol。这是由于辉钼矿呈层状结构,层与层之间由微弱的范德华力维系,在受到外力作用时,很容易发生层间滑移,一定程度上化解了这种作用力。
The effect of mechanical activation on leaching kinetics of molybdenite is studied.Mechanical treatment causes slight depression of apparent activation energy for leaching molybdenite in HNO_3-H_2SO_4 solution.After 40-minute intensive mechanical activation in planetary centrifugal ballmill,the activation energy becomes 6kJ/mol less than that for leaching of non-activated one.We ascribe this to the layered structure of molybdenite.When violent mechanical force is acted on molybdenite crystal,it is easy to obviate such force through inter-layer slip since the Van der Vals force between S-S layers is very weak.
