摘要
采用云纹分析的实验力学方法,研究了不同条件下LF5铝合金焊接接头应变场的分布特点。实验结果表明,LF5铝合金有较好的塑性和焊接性,常规焊试样的云纹条纹分布比较均匀,仅在焊趾部位存在微量的应变集中。断裂时焊接接头的应变值较高。如果采用随焊锤击工艺,由于锤击强化的作用,对应锤击区的云纹条纹较稀,应变更多的流向了焊缝及其近缝区的母材部位,从而在一定程度上提高了焊接接头的整体延伸率。焊接接头的力学性能实验结果表明:随焊锤击是一种行之有效的强化方法。
Using experimental mechanical method of moire analysis, strain field distributions of LF5 aluminum alloy welded joints under different conditions were investigated. The results show that aluminum alloy LF5 has good ductility and weldability, the moire stripes of conventional welded specimen are relatively even, and there is little strain concentration in welded toes. When welded joint is broken, it has a higher strain value. If the welding technology with trailing peening is applied, due to strengthening of the peening, the stripes in the peened zone are relatively rare, and more strain flows into the zone of weld and base metal, thus improving the integrated elongation ratio of welded joint to some extent.
