摘要
对金属抗磨、耐蚀Ni67喷焊材料进行了摩擦磨损和拉伸试验,表明该材料的抗磨性能优异,与基体的结合力较高。应用氧乙炔喷焊工艺在水轮机叶片上制备合金涂层,经过数台机组多年的实际运行,表明该材料抗磨蚀性能优异,喷焊后的水轮机叶片的平均使用寿命得到大幅度提高。
Aimed at the wear resisting and corrosion resisting Ni67 spray welding material, the friction loss and extension were tested, and the results showed that the material has excellent wear resistance and the good bonding force with base metal. The running tests of the alloy coatings on the blade of hydraulic turbine produced using oxy - acetylene spray welding procedure manifested that the average service life of many different hydraulic turbine obtained a lot improvement after spray welding.
