摘要
介绍了目前用于杂交水稻品种鉴定的种子形态鉴定法、快速测定法、培养生长箱测定法、电泳法、DNA指纹技术和田间小区种植鉴定法的原理和操作方法 ,并对各种方法的应用情况和效果进行了评述。
The principle and technology of current testing methods for varietal identification including seed morphology testing method,rapid testing method,chamber testing method,electrophoresis method,DNA fingerprint techniques and field plot identification method were reviewed and introduced. Some comments on the effect and application of these testing methods were also given.
