摘要
晶体管倍频器是无线电技术中为获得高稳定性、宽频偏、高频率的电路.倍频过程中幅值较大的基波及低次谐波会严重地干扰输出波形.本文就如何有效地抑制基波及低次谐波分量,所采用的提高选择性、使用空闲电路、采用奇(偶)次倍频器、增大激励信号中谐波分量、输入输出回路匹配等方法,进行了分析.
Transistor doubler is the circuit being used to get high stability, wide frequency deviation and high frequency in wireless technology. During the doubling, the high amplitude fund amental harmonic or low- frenquency harmonic will disturb the wave outputed severely.This articl(?)isintended on analysing some methods on this subject by way of combining theory with practice, i. c. the method adopted on suppressing effectively the fundamental harmonic and low-frequency harmonic to improve the selectivety; using idle circuit; selecing odd (even) frequen(?)y doubler; increasing the amount of harmonic in drive signal and the method in opt-out opt circuit matching, etc.
