摘要
阐述了周期轧管机组孔型设计原理,针对变断面孔型的形状和尺寸都随着轧辊转动而变化的特点,通过对周期轧机孔型的变形原理、设计过程及参数的选取,综合地考虑各种因素,建立了周期轧管机轧辊孔型优化的数学模型;并结合计算机辅助孔型设计(CARD)技术所编制的软件实现了孔型参数优化、孔型数据管理、孔型图形绘制以及孔型打印等功能。同时,还讨论了CARD系统中复杂曲线图形生成原理及其实现过程,通过数据传递,实现了基于二维CARD系统的轧辊三维造型,依此为基础,加上相应的控制模块,可形成设计、生产的一体化,进而形成更完善的轧辊加工控制系统。
The paper expatiates the principle of the pilger mill roll groove. A math model for optimization is set up based on various factors concerning the roll groove including the deformation theory, design process and selection of the parameters, etc. Meanwhile, the CARD techniques are combined. As a result, a software for the roll groove optimization is developed that provides such functions as groove data management, groove profile plotting and groove data printing, being a basis for relevant technological decision and groove optimization. Meanwhile, the principle and realization of complex curves are discussed. The 3D modeling is achieved by the exchange of data that is based on the CARD system.
