摘要本文初步建议以系统的震害度为衡量系统震害分布的评价准则,并研究了利用这种评价准则进行仿真预测的理论途径.This paper proposed to take earthquake disaster intensity as a principal for assessing system earthquake disaster distribution. A theory method basing on the principal was presented.
